firmly approaches the world of ice cream at the age of 18, studying the subject first as a self-taught and then attending training courses and working alongside known master craftsmen. With decision and desire to grow, the young man opens a managed artisan workshop family specialized in the production of ice creams, sorbets, granitas, and semifreddo but also food products in general. The products are born from a combination of passion, imagination, desire for innovation and growth professional combined with the use and processing of quality raw materials, preferring natural products, fresh from Italian cultivation and with the best certifications. The desire to please the tastes of customers leads to continuous study and research of new ideas for the creation of new recipes and new combinations, but still remaining tied to tradition and maintaining its own line of thought. Our activities are not limited to the production of finished products but also a range in the provision of services, in order to support and satisfy the needs of our customers, such as consulting, staff training, creation of tailor-made products and other ancillary services.
